Project Management & Implementation
|
Any project, regardless of type, is a serious undertaking. Budget,
resources, schedule, discoveries and deliverables all must be managed throughout
the duration of the project. Failure to control even one of these elements can
seriously jeopardize a project’s outcome. Our experience has shown that
applying an organized and methodical approach to project planning and
implementation consistently contributes to project success.

We have learned two important facts over the years regarding
systems implementation: (1) nothing can take the place of
experience and learning from past involvements and (2) no
two projects are identical. To that end we have developed
a very stringent consulting and implementation model structured
around five key stages:
AUDIT / CONSULT
DESIGN
PILOT
PREP
TRAIN / DEPLOY
Our implementation and integration team consists of Project
Managers and Deployment Engineers. WDSI's Project
Managers are actively involved in the design of the
system, and are responsible for the details of your implementation
thereafter. They have hardware, application and management
expertise. Our project managers coordinate all the efforts
of your implementation, interface with third parties, and
make sure that everyone meets their goals and objectives.
WDSI's Deployment Engineers have years of experience deploying
solutions. They have extensive knowledge in varying systems
and also hold a variety of certifications from many vendors.
Our deployment engineers will work with your organization
to develop, test and install your solution.
